BYTEMINDS IT INC Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage
BYTEMINDS IT INC employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at BYTEMINDS IT INC
Eligibility
Current employees of BYTEMINDS IT INC are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.
Incentives Offered
If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 180 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $500. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.
Referral Procedure
Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.

JOB DUTIES:
Architect and implement tailored software applications and systems that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level software and system interfaces. Deliver end-to-end technical support, proactively troubleshoot system issues, and drive performance optimization through diagnostics and tuning. Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Generate comprehensive documentation including system manuals, technical guides, and end-user training materials to support ongoing system use. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify and propose system upgrades and innovation opportunities. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Employer will accept any suitable combination of Education, Experience, or Training. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
